We would like to ensure that your Webasto charging station is properly installed and connected. We therefore recommend that a pre-check is carried out of your garage, parking space or carport by a Webasto-certified electrician. Based on the pre-check results, the electrician will calculate an individual installation offer perfectly fitting to your specific situation.

You can, of course, also order your Webasto charging station without a pre-check. In this case, you are responsible for ensuring that the installation is carried out by an electrician of your choice.

Please note that in order to use connectivity, there must be a mobile network with sufficient signal strength at the location where the Webasto Live is to be installed. Therefore, before purchasing a Webasto Live with integrated connectivity package, it is necessary to check whether signal strength exists at the planned installation location. You can do this easily with your own mobile phone: Go to where the Live will stand/hang. Then pay attention in the display to the reception strength on your mobile phone (usually indicated in bars). Webasto Live automatically dials into the strongest mobile network. It is also possible to connect via WLAN or LAN. You can find further information on WLAN or LAN connectivity here.
